This is inclundes assisting you with a range of health-related issues including , poor sleep, weight loss, stress, digestive problems, blood sugar regulation and detoxification, chronic and degenerative health conditions, autoimmune disorders.

I support my clients with nutritional requirements, exercise and sleep routines, stress management plans and problem-solving strategies. All in a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential environment.

Hi there, this is Yael from Raise Your Health Coaching here to help you achieve amazing things.

I am on strong advocate in supporting women to believe more in themselves, what they can achieve in all areas of their life by getting their health on track.

With warmth, compassion and empathy I will help you achieve, at your own pace, a sense of renewed well being, determine to live life to the fullest.

My Story...

I began my career as a Location Manager working in the film industry, a role which was extremely fast paced and demanding, and which meant that I lived in a constant state of adrenaline highs and lows. Prior to this I studied World Arts and Cultures at UCLA in California and Art and Archelogy with Religious Studies at SOAS.

I have always found myself deeply driven by a need to understand and appreciate every culture I can and my studies together with my job afforded me the privilege to work and experience many different environments.

When, like many people, I found myself with an unexpected serious health challenge that needed my attention, I began to reflect deeply not only on the whys and wherefores but also how to look to the long term and to begin living life as optimally as I could. On reflection, I realised that I wanted to use all of this experience and knowledge to help others and qualified as health coach to do so.

There are always different ways to heal our own bodies and I am passionate about valuing and working with how different people react to and look after their health: from food to exercise, to community and their faith.
