My packages are designed around 1;1 sessions, to help create bespoke plans to suit the unique needs of each individual, working with you closely to determine the areas of life you want to improve, and giving you a clear vision of how to reach your health goals. I am your support, champion and ally in making the positive changes you want to see.

These services include a full health history which helps give us a map to the past present and future by identify the root causes of your health habits. To formulate and commit to achievable goals with a realistic action plan, resources to help along the way and fixed commited times to check in between each session.

My goal is to get you to a place where your habits have changed, you have identified the causes of your stumbling blocks and you become an expert in your own body and mind with the confidence and motivation to make these changes last.

RISE - 1

RISE

6 week package

Perfect to kick start you on your health adventure and great for those already on the way to give themselves some accountability with a little extra support. It can take 21 days to start to break a habit, but 6 weeks can truly support the changes.

Initial 1 x 90 mins 1:1 consultation:
We conduct an in depth case history exploring your health - past, present and future to get a better understanding of how your body works and your relationship to health.

  • Identify areas you want to focus on what you want to achieve.
  • Create a bespoke action plan with a clear vision with realistic and manageable goals, taking small steps to make sustainable changes.
  • Bespoke resources to achieve your goals.

3 x 50 mins 1:1 sessions every two weeks:
Coaching sessions to check in, support and encourage you to identify what’s working and tweak anything that isn’t.

  • Includes support between sessions via WhatsApp between 9am-4pm
RISE - 1

ARISE

12 week package

Recommended for women ready to commit to long-term goals with a less pressured experience of settling into your new lifestyle choices. The 12-week package not only gives you time to understand your health habits but what actions work best to support your personal progress. Remember everyone is different and change doesn’t happen overnight. We can make some glorious progress in these three months, which may be enough.

RISE - 1

RISE AND SHINE

6 month package:

In six months you will be on fire and can really effect change for those with health concerns that need much more nurturing and time. This can really cover all the areas in your life you wish to change, identified in the initial consultation and we will have time to look at more areas. I will be able to support you further while you open up more avenues to work with. This is a great way to focus on many different areas of your life. A really in-depth way of reaching goals, trying to get through, digging deeper with obstacles, more time to make changes. Deeply transformative, fully immersive, giving yourself the gift of time.
